Who we are

Lean Recycle Inc. (“Lean Recycle,” “we,” “us”) provides solar panel recycling services in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through leanrecycle.com (the “Site”). Questions can be sent to info@leanrecycle.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, pickup location and postal code, panel quantity, condition and timing, module details or datasheets, and any message you include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• respond to your request and prepare a quote;
• arrange pickup, freight and recycling services, and issue documentation such as certificates of recycling;
• communicate with you about our services;
• keep the Site secure and working properly; and
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and provide our services, including with:

• service providers who host the Site, process form submissions or provide email (for example, our web hosting provider);
• freight carriers and logistics partners, when needed to schedule a pickup you have requested;
• authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others; and
• a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to maintain business and compliance records, and then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you communications, by emailing info@leanrecycle.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
