These Terms of Use govern your use of leanrecycle.com (the “Site”), operated by Lean Recycle Inc. (“Lean Recycle,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information only

Content on the Site is provided for general information about our services. It is not an offer, and it does not create a contract for services. Pricing, scope, pickup and other service terms apply only when set out in a written quote or agreement signed or accepted by Lean Recycle.

Information about laws and regulations, including on our Regulations page, is a general summary and not legal advice. Rules change often; consult your own counsel about your obligations.

Quote requests

When you submit a quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request services on behalf of your organization. Submitting a request does not obligate either party to proceed.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Lean Recycle name, logo, text and design, are owned by Lean Recycle or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Some photographs are used under license from third parties. You may view and print pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or distribute Site content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or misleading information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn or government sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lean Recycle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
